AuraFlow

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AuraFlow (“AuraFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the marketing‑intelligence, communications, and appointment‑booking application operated by A to Z Dental, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the AuraFlow application and connect third‑party services to it. It also describes the choices available to you regarding your information.

AuraFlow is business software used by a dental practice and its authorised staff. It is not a consumer product. If you are a patient of the practice, the practice’s own privacy notice governs your patient relationship; this policy covers the AuraFlow application itself.

1. Who we are

AuraFlow is operated by A to Z Dental (a2zdental.com.au). For any privacy question or request, contact us at abraham.zacharia@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

3. Google user data

When you connect a Google account (for example Google Ads, Google Search Console, or Google Business Profile), AuraFlow requests only the scopes needed to provide the features you enable, and uses that access solely to retrieve and display your own advertising, search‑performance, and business‑listing data inside the application.

AuraFlow’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide or improve the connected feature, to comply with law, or as part of a business transfer. Google credentials are stored encrypted and used only to make authorised API calls on your behalf.

4. How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use connected‑platform data for advertising to third parties.

5. How we store and protect information

Data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the practice and its operator. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to the application requires authentication. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, though no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

6. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) authorised staff of the practice; (b) service providers that help operate connected channels (for example an SMS gateway or telephony provider) strictly to deliver those features; and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your information.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and record‑keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de‑identified.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, and you may disconnect any connected integration at any time, which revokes AuraFlow’s further access to that platform. To make a request, contact us at abraham.zacharia@gmail.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
